Welcome to EasyKanban. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ('Terms'). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

EasyKanban is a project management tool that helps teams organize their work using Kanban methodology.

2. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You are responsible for any activities that occur under your account.

You may not use our service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction when using our service.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of EasyKanban and its licensors.

You retain ownership of the content you create using our service. By uploading content to EasyKanban, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with providing the service.

4. Payment Terms

We offer both free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.

We may change our fees at any time. We will provide you with reasonable notice of any change in fees.

5. Service Availability

While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times. We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to some features to users.

We will attempt to provide advance notice of scheduled downtimes but cannot guarantee that such notice will be provided.

6. Data Security and Privacy

We prioritize the security of your data and take reasonable measures to protect it. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and disclose your information.

You understand that no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall EasyKanban, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.

This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes to the Terms. Your continued use of the service after such modifications will constitute acknowledgment and agreement of the modified terms.
